- Pan fried salmon, potato roti with tender stem broccoli and hollandaise sauce
- Herb risotto with roasted pepper filled with vegetables and goat’s cheese

- Christmas pudding, brandy sauce and mince pie ice cream
- Chocolate and cherry cheesecake with white chocolate crumb and cherry ice cream
